1. echainbuy offer 60days storage period for Purchasing and transshipment parcel, calculate from the day that order remark with status “ARRIVED” on.
Once items are stored more than 60days, but client doesn’t contacts echainbuy customer service or apply extended storage period in advance, echainbuy will assume that client has abandoned the items and destroy the cargo.
2. For abnormal parcel, which is signed by echainbuy but client doesn’t place any order or provide echainbuy completed parcel details, echainbuy can only provide 60days storage period for those abnormal parcel. And the calculation is started from the order status "signed". Once items/parcel are stored more than 60days, echainbuy will assume that client has abandoned the items and destroy the cargo.
Related notice:
1. During the storage period, echainbuy is responsible for the custody of the goods and bears the corresponding responsibility, but the shelf life of the goods is not within the scope of storage (for example, the shelf life of perishable items is only 1 month).
2. echainbuy will not provide any notifications about destroyed goods.
